Thermal insulation with Vacuum Insulated Panels (VIP) ensuring high performance with thin wall thickness, maximizing the useful space for the product inside the packaging.
External structure in extremely robust honeycomb Polypropylene for maximum durability.
Temperature regulation handled by Dryce PCMs, packaged in extremely resistant HardPacks, specifically sized to offer internal temperature control on the most challenging transits.
Available for frozen applications, from +2 to +8°C, from +15 to +25°C.
Dryce has developed ThermoKube to allow Pharma logistics managers to explore the opportunities of reverse logistics for the used packaging, verifying if adopting a reusable system can effectively reduce the TCO of the packaging and offering an advanced and easy-to-manage system, with high performance and extreme durability.
Furthermore, in "closed-loop" logistical flows, such as intra-hospital distribution, transfers between laboratories, hub-to-hub replenishment, or controlled "last mile" logistics, the use of disposable containers can prove to be a major strategic mistake, also because it often forces the use of low-quality systems for cost reasons, generating a continuous operating cost and an unsustainable waste management problem.
Robustness and circularity: the honeycomb Polypropylene architecture.
ThermoKube® is not just a container, but a system engineered to last over time and perform repeatedly (Reusable = Sustainable). Let’s abandon the fragility of disposable solutions: the exterior of ThermoKube® consists of a reinforced structure in high-quality honeycomb Polypropylene (PP), not the usual corrugated plastic. This washable, sanitizable, and non-deformable shell is designed to withstand impacts, drops, and the severe stresses of hundreds of logistical cycles, without ever losing structural integrity.
The technological heart: Vacuum Insulated Panels (VIP)
If the exterior guarantees durability, the interior guarantees absolute performance levels. ThermoKube® uses Vacuum Insulated Panels (VIP). The vacuum almost entirely cancels out heat transmission, offering exceptional thermal resistance in extremely thin thicknesses, maximizing the load capacity of the container itself.
Temperature regulation: the Dryce Hardpacks
The temperature regulation inside the ThermoKube® is handled by Dryce Phase Change Materials (PCM) encapsulated in HardPacks, specific to each model of ThermoKube, which allow for the creation of a thermal envelope that surrounds the product.
